We know that you are keen to see your art in person quick sticks, so we ship within 10 days of you hitting that purchase button. Paintings are sent via courier and will arrive boxed. If you snap a painting whilst I’m outta office than shipping times will vary (but don’t worry, I’ll let you know I’m about to activate holiday mode with a smug insta post). Local pick up can be arranged in Pomonal VIC 3381 (highly recommend a visit to Gariwerd/the Grampians).

**Please note items organised for local pick up will be bubble wrapped, any further packaging falls on the shoulders of the buyer. RebEKAH Art does not accept responsibility for damage that occurs in transit after local pick up.

All paintings crossing the ditches will be sent unframed and rolled, tucked up nicely in a tube to make sure they arrive in perfect condition. Reach out to your fab local framer to discuss framing and stretching.

REFUND POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND OR DAMAGE

If you simply change your mind, that is on you, my friend. RebEKAH Art does not offer refunds or exchanges in this circumstance (but seriously, you won’t change your mind after you take the first peak!).

Please beware that colours vary slightly between the original painting and what you see on your screen, depending on which device you used to view the website. Keep this in mind when making your purchase as refunds are not available in this case.

In the 1/1,000,000 that damage occurs during transit, you MUST photograph the damage and package (the image MUST feature the whole package, not just the problem area) BEFORE opening the delivery.

Photograph any damage to the painting (sorry to sound like a broken record, but again, the image MUST feature the whole painting and not just the problem area).

Paintings are like people who sunbake, they age overtime (just like a good wine) which may result in slight colour changes.

All paintings are coated in a UV layer upon completion to help protect your investment against fading.
