Shipping - Original Artworks Australia

We know you are keen to see your art in person quick sticks, so we ship within 10 days of you hitting that purchase button. Paintings are sent via Courier and will arrive boxed. If you snap up a painting whilst I’m outta office then shipping times may vary (but don’t worry, I’ll let you know I’m about to activate holiday mode with a smug insta post). Local pick up can be arranged in Pomonal 3381 (highly recommend a visit to Gariwerd/the Grampians).**Please note items organised for local pick up will be bubble wrapped, any further packaging protection falls on the shoulders of the buyer. Rebekah Freeman Art does not accept responsibility for damage that occurs in transit after local pick up.

All paintings crossing the ditches will be sent unframed and rolled, tucked up nicely in a tube to make sure they arrive in perfect condition. Reach out to your fab local framer to discuss stretching and framing. Please remember any taxes or custom fees are your responsibility, Rebekah Freeman Art does not hold any responsibility in relation to these.

Refund Policy

Remember, if you change your mind that’s on you. Rebekah Freeman Art does not provide refunds or exchanges in this circumstance (but seriously, you won’t change your mind after you take that first peak!).

In the 1/1,000,000 chance that damage occurs during transit, you MUST photograph the damage and package (the image must feature the whole package, not just problem area) BEFORE opening the delivery.

Photograph any damage to the painting (sorry to sound like a broken record, but again, the image must feature the whole painting, not just the problem area).

If your painting is lost in transit (you are more likely to win Tatts than have this occur) either a refund or replacement can be organised.

Please note we take absolute care to ensure what you view on both the website and insta is what you get, however phone and pc screens can create variances in colours, please keep this in mind when hitting the purchase button.

Lastly, paintings are just like people, they age overtime. And just like people who sunbake (guilty) paintings placed in sunny rooms etc will naturally age and change in colour over time. Refunds are not accepted based on natural aging.
